Joanne Moorhouse is an accomplished veterinary photography and marketing expert with over 12 years of experience in the veterinary/medical industries and a lifelong love of photography, creative arts, and animals. She is the author of Remote Stories Around the World, a book focused on photographic storytelling and its potential to transform how busy professionals present themselves. Joanne is known for her award-winning photography and innovative marketing strategies, specialising in helping veterinary and medical practices grow through creative visual communication.

Joanne also offers remote photography services, team-building experiences, and coaching programs tailored for busy professionals worldwide. Her services include headshots, brand photography, and marketing programs designed to help clients stand out with impactful, personalised visuals that tell their stories perfectly. Her expertise extends to the occasional speaking engagement, team retreats, and event coverage, all delivered with her signature remote approach to saving time and money while benefiting the environment.

Joanne is a nominee for both Author and Creative Business of the Year Award and continues to inspire others through her work, charitable contributions, and masterclasses on visual storytelling for social media. Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I miss a session?

We realise you are busy. Should you be unable to attend any calls we ask that you let us know ASAP so we can plan accordingly. You are also able to designate a representative within your company to attend when you cannot. Replays will be available on our course platform so you can rewatch them to your heart's content. For 1:1 sessions, as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule your call so you don't miss out.

Can I have someone from my clinic attend in my place?

Yes, you can designate a member of your team to attend sessions on your behalf, when you are unable to attend yourself. This person must be designated during your onboarding session.

What support is available between calls?

You’ll have access to a dedicated Slack channel for questions and feedback, which is available 24/7. Please note that we will only respond during business hours (or if urgent, ASAP). You will also receive access to Joanne via WhatsApp for any more urgent queries or notifying us should you be unable to attend a meeting.

Is there a guarantee?

Should we decide during your application that this program is not right for you, any deposit made will be refunded in full. Once onboarding is complete, due to the nature of this program your payment is non-refundable. As with all our clients, we want you to be happy with your investment. If within the first 14 days, you decide this program is not right for you, let us know at [email protected] or via a private message in Slack or WhatsApp, and we will be happy to either apply your balance towards one of our other programs or services, or place on account for a period of 12 months. Please note you will not have access to any work undertaken from that point on, including any photography or designs already created. Remote photoshoots come with a 100% reshoot guarantee should tech unexpectedly fail on the day. You are responsible for checking your chosen location in advance for connectivity and notifying us in the event that a connection is not possible so we may select another appropriate location for your photoshoot.

Can I join the program if I am not in the veterinary sector?

Absolutely! You are very welcome to apply and will find that while the program is geared towards veterinary practices, the content will benefit anyone, regardless of industry.

When does the program start, and end?

Depending on numbers, we aim to commence in November 2024 and will end in February 2025. There will be a break in December for the holidays. The founding circle is capped at 10 practices/professionals. Any additional applicants will be added to a waitlist for the next run in spring 2025.

What currencies do you accept and do you offer a payment plan?

Pricing is displayed in Pound Sterling, but we are happy to also accept USD and CAD for no extra fees. Just let us know during your onboarding call so we can provide you with a special payment link in your chosen currency. Payments in other currencies are accepted via Wise (wire transfers) only.

We do offer a payment plan for those unable to pay in full upfront. You also have the choice to pay a deposit up front, with 2 further payments in month 2 and 3. Please note no photography, etc will be released until payment in full is received.
